食谱一
晨起饮水1杯，约300毫升。
早餐：粗粮粥100克，瘦肉馅包子100克。
早午间：水果1个。
午餐：米饭100克，去皮鸡肉100克，菌类100克，蔬菜两种各100克。
午晚间：水果1个。
晚餐：米饭100克，去皮海产品100克，豆制品100克，蔬菜100克。
睡前：脱脂鲜奶250毫升。

晨起饮水1杯，约300毫升。
早餐：鲜奶400毫升，全麦面包100克。
早午间：水果1个。
午餐：米饭100克，瘦牛肉100克，菌类100克，蔬菜两种各100克。
午晚间：水果1个。
晚餐：米饭100克，去皮海产品100克，海带100克，蔬菜100克。
睡前：豆浆250毫升。
　　

食谱三
晨起饮水1杯，约300毫升。
早餐：豆浆400毫升，鸡蛋1个，主食100克。
早午间：水果1个。
午餐：米饭100克，畜禽肝100克，海带100克，蔬菜两种各100克。
午晚间：水果1个。
晚餐：米饭100克，去皮海产品100克，豆制品100克，蔬菜100克。
睡前：脱脂鲜奶250毫升。
　　

请注意：
1、三种食谱交替进行，对未注明具体名称的食品可自行搭配，但数量要控制住。
2、上下午最好是两个品种的水果。
3、男子每天可增加主食50～100克或水果1～2个。
4、每天饮8～10杯水，约两三升。
5、烹饪时以蒸煮为宜，每天食用的油脂最好不超过50克。
6、少放盐、酱油等调味品，可适度加醋。
7、逢周末可在早、午餐吃些奶油蛋糕、巧克力等甜食作为调剂，但晚餐的主食适度减少为好。
